This 4-week Meditation and Mindfulness class is designed to help you create moments of calm in your day-to-day life. Learn stress-reducing breathing and mindfulness techniques. Establish small daily practices to help increase calm and implement bite-sized self-care.

11 minute guided meditations
This course is for you if you are short on time and looking to have more time for self-care practices in your daily life. We will learn how to incorporate meditation and mindfulness values into our existing habits and sprinkle easy practices in a variety of settings to keep ourselves present. This course is appropriate for beginners.
