Enjoy a gentle practice blending breath-work, gentle movement and restorative yoga. These techniques will improve breathing and circulation while supporting immune function and overall health, leaving you feeling calm and renewed. This class can be used as preventative care support to strengthen immunity or as a gentle alternative to your regular yoga practice during acute cold or flu symptoms. This gentle class is appropriate for all levels.
