We don’t currently have any more Goat Yoga classes scheduled this summer, but please reach out to Thea if you want to put a class together and we can try to organize something!

Come and join us for a lively and silly Goat Yoga class at Growing Hope Farm!

Family goat yoga: Saturday, June 22nd, 2:30-3:30pm, $50/family

Regular goat yoga: Saturday, June 22nd 1-2pm, $30

Half the fee is donated to Growing Hope Farm, a not-for-profit social enterprise that employs at-risk youth & reinvests profits to people in need overseas.

Amma Yoga is teaming up with Growing Hope Farm to offer an active outdoor class with the delightful benefit of mingling with kid-friendly goats and chickens throughout the practice. Share your mat with a goat, pet a chicken, and end class by feeding the furry and feathered yogis. The playful Family Goat Yoga class is for all ages or Goat Yoga for grown-ups is a chance to get moving in the great outdoors and enjoy some laughter therapy, because goats are so funny. Growing Hope Farm is located at 246 Sherring St., Cambridge, N3H 2W4. Please park on the street - but NOT directly in front of the white gate. There may be produce/eggs for sale at the farm, as well as ice cream or popsicles to cool off after yoga! (cash only)

Bring an old yoga mat or towel (& a water bottle). Your mat WILL get dirty, because they are goats.
