This workshop will break down the sun salutation, whether you're a new yogi wondering what exactly the teacher means when she offers the option to "take a vinyasa", or a more experienced practitioner wanting to challenge yourself safely (think chaturanga into upward dog.) We will explore the different segments of the sequence, including common alignment pitfalls. There will be creative propping and pacing ideas so that you can confidently adapt the flow to suit your body, or challenge yourself in a new way. Vinyasa translates into breath led movement and this workshop will liberate the power of your breath through this movement sequence.
