Roll & Restore: Pelvis and Low Back

If you are looking for solutions to low back, pelvis or hip issues - such as SI joint discomfort, tight hips or piriformis syndrome - this workshop will help you to unravel the tension you are carrying. If you don't know what's going on in your pelvis, low back or hips but you recognize that something is off (maybe your postnatal body is a whole new experience), we will work together and try to figure out what's happening to steer you in the right direction for your health.
We will play with foam rollers, mindful breathing and resting positions designed to work with the deepest tension in our bodies. You will leave feeling calmer and lighter. Pregnant women are welcome, as are babes-in-arms. Come with your questions, bring a notebook and learn tools to improve the quality of your daily life.
